Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

• You must have an Instagram account.

• You must comply with this Agreement to participate in the Program and to receive Commissions.

• You must promptly provide us with any information that we request to verify your compliance with this Agreement.

• You must be kind and respectful to all other reps. Your Code is for you to post solely in Your Profiles.

• Participation in the Program does not grant you any rights to sell It’s Giving Faith items at events of any kind (ex. farmer's markets, etc.) unless you have received express written permission by us.

• You must not comment with Your Code on any It’s Giving Faith social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), even if you see another Rep doing it.

• You must not post Your Code in the comments of any posts from It’s Giving Faith wholesale accounts or stores who carry our products.

• You must not enter into any retail stores that sell It’s Giving Faith and share Your Code with customers.

• Remember that the purpose of the Ambassador Program is to bring new clients to the brand and help spread the It’s Giving Faith movement!

Not complying with the terms of use stated above will lead to the cancellation of your discount code and immediate removal from the ambassador program.
